Specific features and baggage allowance exceptions
- Pets (dogs, cats, birds): Animal and crate weight will be charged as excess baggage. Except for Service Dogs, which travel free of charge, animals are not accepted under the baggage allowance.
- Passengers with reduced mobility: Passengers with reduced mobility may carry a wheelchair and/or another personal mobility device (including POC: Personal Oxygen Concentrator) at no extra cost.
- Infants and children: Infants and children paying at least 50% of the adult fare are entitled to the same baggage allowance as adults. Infants without a personal seat are allowed only one piece of baggage weighing 10 kg (115 cm) and one folding stroller or car seat.
- Sports equipment: Except golf bags (maximum 15 KG), dry ice and ammunition, sports equipment (Windsurf, Surfboard, and Skis) and bicycles are subject to the same Piece Concept excess baggage tax conditions.

This option allows the passenger to purchase an additional piece with a discount compared to the purchase price on the day of the flight.
Terms and conditions:
Passengers are entitled to purchase only one prepaid additional baggage per flight.
Date of purchase: at least 24 hours before departure.
Prepaid extra baggage
- This option applies for one piece of baggage weighing 23 Kg (50lb) maximum and with dimensions not exceeding 158 cm / 62 in (height + width + length > 158 cm / 62 in). If the additional baggage exceeds these limits, passengers will purchase additional baggage allowances at the airport.
