  • Your claim for delayed baggage delivery must be submitted within 21 days from the date of baggage receipt.
  • Your claim for baggage damage must be submitted within 7 days from the flight's arrival date.
  • Your claim for lost baggage must be submitted starting 21 days from the flight's arrival date.
